COVID-19: The Confetti Cone Company Update

The past few days and weeks have been a tough and confusing period for everyone in the world. The Coronavirus pandemic has inevitably effected many events across the UK and beyond, which unfortunately means many weddings have been effected, leaving hundreds of couples in the dark regarding their big day. 


Already hundreds of our customers have been effected and we'd like to send our love to every single one of you. We know that many people have been looking forward to their wedding day for years, we can only imagine how upsetting it is to be told it must be postponed through no fault of your own. If you have an outstanding order with us and you are currently unsure whether COVID-19 will effect your wedding, then do not hesitate to get in contact with us. Here at The Confetti Cone Company, we are doing our upmost to ensure every single order is fulfilled or postponed.

Good morning, I recently ordered 50 cones, 2 cone holders and blush confetti for a wedding dated Saturday 25th April 2020 and full payment was taken at the time of order from my card. The order was due for despatch week commencing 24th March 2020. As yet I have not received this order , but as I’m sure you are aware weddings have been cancelled for the foreseeable future. Sadly our wedding is one of these effected. I was wondering if you could change the date on the cones on this order to 30th March 2021. I can only assume the order has not been made as we haven’t received it yet. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Helen Paxon
